Dr Jones was very understanding, patient and took the time to discuss and ask questions rather than impose knowledge which so often happens. A particular issue which has been dismissed by other Doctors she found an explanation and treatment for and then which she then followed up on a week later via the nurses in the clinic. I was very impressed and reassured.

Today was the first time we met Jo Jones. She was calm, friendly and made us feel like we had met before (we hadn't this was the first time). She was knowledgeable about my husbands medical history and condition. We felt very at ease, didn't feel rushed and at ease asking questions. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or see her again. Another amazing member of this even more amazing team at Addenbrookes, that helped to get my husband on the road to recovery.

The Doctor made me feel that I wasn’t just a number. Crucially, she listened. Her questions were relevant and delivered in such a way that it felt we had seen her before - we haven’t. She gave us sufficient of her time and we felt in no way rushed despite a full waiting room. She answered all of our questions in a calm, honest and friendly way. She summed up toward the end of the consultation to ensure both we and she agreed on a plan going forward. Would have no concerns about seeing her again.
